People Centered Lighthouse (PCL) helps African refugees gain the tools, guidance, and chances they need to build a steady life again. We focus on real partnerships, and our work grows out of coaching, mentoring, and teaching.

We serve in two main places:

Dallas, Texas – our base, where we run programs that help African refugees adjust, find work, and feel rooted in their new communities.

Africa – beginning in Cameroon, where we work with trusted local partners to shape solutions created with the people who will use them.

No matter the location, our aim is clear: transforming hardships into possibilities, and help displacement give way to a sense of home.
