Partnering for Change Across Africa

PCL Africa empowers communities through collaborative partnerships, capacity strengthening, and effective project management, fostering sustainable growth and development in Africa.

Our Approach in Africa

We understand that when local communities take the lead, change is most effective. In Africa, it is our responsibility to collaborate with grassroots groups, exchange expertise, and help community leaders develop their abilities so they can develop sustainable solutions.

We have narrowed our focus to our strongest suit. With a focus on coaching, mentoring, and education, our partners can use these resources to address their particular problems, such as boosting employment prospects, fostering social harmony, or aiding displaced and refugee families in their own areas.

Where We Work

Our African program is driven by partnerships and local empowerment. We collaborate with LAFCARE Women’s Association, a grassroots organization in Cameroon making a tangible difference in the community. Through joint initiatives, we provide training, leadership coaching, and support locally-led projects that address pressing needs and foster long-term resilience.

We’re excited to broaden our reach, exploring partnerships with other organizations in Cameroon and expanding into other African countries. With an existing partnership in Tanzania, the Tanzanian Youth Espouse for Gender and Development and plans to enter Ghana and Kenya, we’re poised to amplify our impact as opportunities unfold and through the leadership of the Holy Spirit.

Our Programs and Goals

Our main goal is to empower local communities by partnering with organizations to enhance their capabilities and support sustainable development projects.

Capacity Building

We collaborate closely with local organizations to strengthen their skills, resources, and leadership. By empowering these groups, we help amplify their impact so they can better serve their communities.

Project Development

Together with our partners, we design and implement projects tailored to local needs. These initiatives focus on driving meaningful, positive change and improving the quality of life for those we serve.

Oversight and Supervision

We provide trusted oversight and guidance to ensure that projects are carried out efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards and accountability throughout the process.

Featured Campaigns

United in the Fight Against Malaria (2024)

In 2024, PCL partnered with Love Care Women’s Association to tackle malaria in vulnerable communities across Cameroon. This campaign combined awareness workshops, mosquito net distribution, and community mobilization to reduce the spread of malaria and protect at-risk families.

HIV/AIDS Campaign in Cameroon (2025)

In 2025, we launched a community-driven HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention program. Through education sessions, testing drives, and partnerships with local health workers, the campaign aims to break stigma, promote safe practices, and improve access to essential health services.

Partnership in Action

Our model isn’t about us working for communities. It’s about working with them. Partners like LAFCARE Care Women’s Association lead the way, while we support with training, resources, and shared expertise. This collaboration ensures that every program fits the community’s culture, values, and priorities.
